Nathalie Gocht has a M.Sc. in Applied Data Science from the University of Gothenburg. She is currently a PhD student in Medical Bioinformatics at the BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg.
She is working on algorithms and machine learning frameworks to enhance the in silico drug design process for Antisense oligonucleotides focusing on their thermodynamic characteristic in regards to target site identification and unspecific off-targets.
