Description:
Hepatocellular
carcinoma (HCC) is a leading cause of death worldwide. The authors used cDNA
microarrays to characterize patterns of gene expression in HCC. They found
consistent differences between the expression patterns in HCC compared with
those seen in nontumor liver tissues (LIVER). From different conditions
analyzed by the authors, we chose to form our data set only the samples
regarding HCC and LIVER:
